Just wanted to humbly share my 1st flip (which is currently pending) and when it closes it will have broken the record price per sq footage for the 78753 area. I LEARNED A LOT!!!!! I just wanted to thank you guys in the Austin Flipsters Group for your valuable daily postings. I also wanted to personally thank the team for your advice. I appreciate you! As crazy as it sounds, I have 6 more properties under contract in the Austin area. Keep hustling guys!

After dreaming about it for 10 years I'm finally closing tomorrow on my first flip!!

Here are some photos I shot of my first house, it will be going on the market tomorrow AM. I am blown away at the transformation for both myself, my wife, and this home. 

This was our learning house. Time, money and possibly my marriage were saved because of this course!
